Responding to an RFP?

Send us the solicitation and the due date. We will tell you within a day or two whether we intend to respond, and if there is anything in the scope we would flag as unusual or as likely to produce non-comparable proposals, we will tell you that too, whether or not we bid.

Not Ready for a Study?

That is a common and reasonable place to be. Many agencies contact us a year or more before a budget cycle simply to understand what a study would involve, what it would cost, and how long it takes. There is no obligation attached to that conversation, and we would rather have it early than watch a jurisdiction commit to a facility decision without it.
